How will I know that my match tickets are booked and confirmed?

Once payment has been received by us, we will send you a booking confirmation immediately to the email address used to make this booking.

How will I receive my match tickets?

You will receive your digital match ticket by email, to the address used to make your booking. This will arrive approximately 3-7 days prior to the game.

Are my seats together?

Tickets will be seated together in pairs of 2. For a lot of clubs and sports, we can arrange more seats together, depending on the allocation we have. Therefore, we recommend you check, per category, how you will be seated. This is mentioned in the description of the seats you would like to book.

Can I include flights or anything else in my package?

You can include flights, accommodation, stadium & museum tours, local travel such as airport transfers or chauffeuring and much more, please be so kind as to mention to your travel consultant if you want to include any of the above extras in your package.

Do I need any identification on entering the venue?

We always advise everyone to bring a valid photo ID to avoid problems by entering the venue. In case tickets need to be collected from the official Box Office on the day of the event, a photo ID is required to obtain the tickets.

Can I bring guests that support the away team?

Yes, but away supporters are requested to adhere to the dress code and cannot wear away team colours including scarves. Away supporters must respect that all match-day hospitality seating is at the home end and must conduct themselves accordingly.

What if the match is postponed?

In the event that your match is rescheduled your match ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date and we will also be able to change the date of your hotel accommodation. will not be liable for any travel cost incurred by you when a fixture is rescheduled. We do recommend international customers book flexible flight options so they can change their flights with the airline in the case of match postponements.
